Traveling has opened doors I never imagined. Each place gifted me a different kind of wisdom, connection, and movement. Practicing yoga across the world wasn’t just about staying grounded — it was about coming home to myself, even in the unfamiliar. 🌍🧘♀️
Every shala, every yoga space, offered more than just a class: it offered community, purpose, and a constant reminder that the body is our true home.
In this post, I’m sharing some of my favorite studios where I’ve practiced —and sometimes taught— in different corners of the world. If you're traveling or planning to, maybe one of them will inspire you to roll out your mat somewhere new. ✨
Costa Rica, Santa Teresa - Believe Surf & Yoga
If you're looking for a place to enjoy daily surf sessions and yoga classes to reconnect with yourself, this spot is perfect. The teachers are amazing and the variety of classes is great. I especially loved the sound healing evening classes combined with Yin yoga — pure magic.
Easy to book and suitable for all levels.
Want to sweat a little more? Try their Yogalates class — a 70/30 blend of yoga and Pilates, taught by my lovely friend Taylor.
Also check out Believe & Nautilus Yoga Decks — two beautiful spaces where I had the opportunity to teach a few classes myself. 🙏😍

Lisbon, Portugal – Yoga Room
Yoga Room offers all kinds of classes, from beginner to advanced, and even hot yoga sessions. My personal favorite was HOT 60 — a shorter version of the Bikram sequence in just 60 minutes.
What makes this place stand out is the welcoming atmosphere, wide variety of classes, and spacious, super-clean studios. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the teachers are authentic, approachable, and offer great adjustments during class.
In my opinion, Yoga Room is the best yoga studio in Lisbon.

Barcelona, Spain – Hot Yoga Barcelona
Barcelona is a city I keep coming back to, and this studio is always my go-to.
Clean, calm, and friendly — this studio creates a warm and inviting environment with knowledgeable teachers who genuinely care. Each brings their own flavor to the sequences, offering a unique and supportive experience every time.
As the name suggests, they specialize in Bikram, but you’ll also find Vinyasa, Barre, and Yin Yoga on the schedule.

Yoga has a beautiful way of making us feel at home, even far from it. If you’ve visited a studio on your travels that touched your soul, I’d love to hear about it. Keep exploring, keep practicing.
