Liana

The soul behind
         the practice

My name is Liana, and my journey began with movement. Coming from a background in professional dance, I was drawn to explore the deeper layers of the body through yoga. What started as a physical practice slowly became a path of connection, healing, and transformation.

Yoga has been part of my life for over 15 years. In 2020, I finally answered the call to share this passion with others and stepped into the role of teacher. Since then, I’ve continued to grow — both on the mat and in everyday life — integrating mindfulness, creativity, and curiosity into everything I do.

Each class is a creative journey guided by the breath — a space to explore strength, softness, and awareness through fluid transitions.

Atmosphere

Sound plays a key role in my teaching. I craft playlists that hold and elevate the energy of the class, helping you connect deeper with the moment.

the Elements

My practice is inspired by the natural world. I integrate the elements — earth, air, fire, and water — to bring balance and meaning to every session.
